4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to engage respectfully and constructively with all content and community features. You will not use the site for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive activities.

5. Payments and Fees

All charges are due at the time of booking or purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers. It is your responsibility to ensure payment information is accurate and up to date.

6. Refund Policy

Services

Clients may request a refund if a coaching session or workshop is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. To reschedule a service, notify us at least 24 hours in advance using our contact form. Refunds or credits are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. If a session is missed or canceled with less than 48 hours notice, fees are non-refundable due to reserved scheduling slots and facilitator preparation.

Digital Products

All digital guides, e-books, and courses are delivered immediately after purchase. Because access is provided instantly, cancellations or refunds are not available once content has been accessed. If you experience technical difficulties, contact us via contact form for support or a replacement file.

Physical Merchandise

Physical items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and materials on Everorya are the intellectual property of Everorya or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Everorya is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service or product.

Everorya reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on the website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
